A patient portal is a powerful tool allowing you to actively participate in your child’s care. At the moment our portal is under construction, however you can still create your child's accounts to view their immunization records, growth charts, and upcoming appointments.

A PIN is required to complete the account set up for each child. Call the office or stop by the front desk for the PINs.
