WHAT IS TELEMEDICINE?

A telemedicine appointment is a video call with a Bright Oaks Pediatric Center provider from the convenience of your home.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

Telemedicine visits are by appointment only. Please contact the office to schedule an appointment, 410-569-3300.

WHAT DEVICE WILL I NEED FOR THE VISIT?

This is done via a secure website called doxy.me. You will need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working camera for these visits. 

 

DO I NEED TO CREATE A USERNAME OR DOWNLOAD THE APP?

No. Once the appointment is scheduled, we will give you additional instructions.
